Yay! On Its Wheels
mistergrumpy - 25/2/07 at 06:47 PM

I've just dropped the thing on it wheels for the first time. What a great feeling. Having been used to it up on axle stands for so long I've gotta say its looking reaaallllly low. The other point is, is that cos my drive slopes upwards from the garage, it won't get out but I'm not bothered, I'll sort that when it comes round to it. Just had to nip for another look, its great. I'll post a picture when I've charged the camera battery. Really proud!

yep and then you think 'boy that's very low & how am I going to get the jack out??!!'

I remember the first time I sat in mine, bit disturbing being able to touch the ground!

I got mine on it's wheels on friday too, was really good. I was so excited about it I forgot all about taking any pics though. It's amazing how it transforms from looking like a huge meccano set into looking like a car

All true, and the jack did get a bit stuck under too Here's a picture that I just nipped out for. Excuse the mess, its a bit of a squeeze in there! I'll have to put a link, I can build a car but haven't mastered a photo on here yet
