Where to get bolts and fixings - Swindon or Wilts or Oxon
vinny1275 - 20/4/07 at 08:59 AM

Hi all,

I need to do some fixing to swmbo's tintop (a BMW E36 325 coupe) to get it thru the MOT. In particular it needs a rear wheel bearing. Looking in the (t)rusty Haynes manual, I need to take the driveshaft off, and replace the bolts that bolt it onto the diff. I called German Swedish French, but they don't do the bolts - I was wondering if anyone knows of a good tool / hardware type shop around where I can get such things.

I can't really order online, as I don't know what they're going to look like till I get the thing apart this weekend......

TIA,

Vince

Why not order one from a dealer and then source the rest online?

I could do, but I really want to get it done this weekend (MOT expires next week). Thanks for the suggestion tho, I could do that as a last resort.....

Cheers,

Vince
