Digidash calibration ???
bitsilly - 4/7/07 at 05:44 PM

I have a digidash on the R1 mnr. It has not been calibrated. Is it possible to do so without the software that comes with it when new as I don't have the software?
Oh and do I need to be a computer whizz to do so??
Cheers

Is it a DD1 or 2?

You can download the software from etb instruments website I believe but equally everything can be done with the buttons on the Dash itself. You can also download the instructions to tell you how to do this.

If you get stuck then ring John, he is very helpful indeed.

If you get really stuck U2U me and we can chat over the phone to sort it but it's pretty easy and you don't need to be a computer whizz.

Rich.

You can't change the neutral light on the DD2 without a computer!

I know there's probably a simple answer but why would you want to change the neutral light???

Because it didn't come defaulted as a neutral light!

It has two other functions/options - can't remember what they are though - CEC related I think.

you can change pretty much all the settings from the buttons (turn ignition on whilst holding down the left button). However to know the values to plug in you really need the software (unless you do trial and error).

DOwnload the software from this link. You don't need to physically connect to it, you can use the figures the software calculator tells you and punch them in manually.
