WTF!!!! Perhaps they're worrying about inflation and devaluing £!!!!
What a muppet... The winning bid has got to be from a hacked account!!!
Or perhaps the extra £13 saves them petrol and parking money, not to mention having to go shopping for Christmas presents. Worth £13 to me.
Thats got to be a wind up nobody's that daft, or was it his buddy forcing up the bidding.
Suprised he's not charging £25 P&P.
Cheers,
Bob

If the amounts involved weren't so low i'd say it's money laundering. Quite common to see items in certain auction houses to go for twice their value.
the next but one from winning bid was £ 301.00 l
He has another £300 on there too.
