my new helmet
Mr Whippy - 15/12/08 at 09:00 AM

In case anyone was interested, after all the great advice I got on here as to which new helmet I should get for my bike I got this one, the HJC AC-12 . Really it was a no brainer due to the 5 star testing rating and the price for a carbon helmet. Certainly it’s very comfy and light. I'm really looking forward to using it since unfortunately as it is a Christmas present she’s now wrapped it up and left it under the tree….damn!! oh well just as well it’s too icy to use the bike

I have just bought this Nolan N103.
I also looked at the carbon types but they didn´t fit my fat head....

How much did the carbon lid cost Mr Whippy (if you don't mind me asking - is an Xmas present after all!)?

I've been looking for a new lid on and off.

Like the Arai GP5 but its pricey.

Thought about the Marushin RS1 which is also CF:

Did you look at this one as well when you were seeing what was available, its got a 5 star SHARP rating but TBH I'm not that clued up on lids.

This one:
