I read it a while ago, much of it you need to read between the lines as they obviously didn't want a law suit on their hands for criminalsing anybody.
I knew Bernie & Max were very close, but didn't realise how far back the relationship goes & how entwined their affairs were.
Did you like the bit about Mrs Max being paid megabucks to be an advisor on things F1 - nothing dodgy there then, or the car site that rematerialised the same day it was mysteriously burnt down!!!
