I know it's 3 years off for me yet.
But,
I assume there will be a lot of builders in the same boat as me, in that they struggled like hell to get their BEC's through the SVA emissions
including fitting Cats, leaning them right out etc to pass the emissions test.
Now I assume a lot of Cats have been removed and mixtures correctly set - so what is everyone going to do come MOT time ?
I take mine to the right garage

Mine is on a Q plate so visible smoke for me last December. Some tell me that a Q plate is harder to sell on but I bet it isn't when you explain
the benefits.
I've heard it said that all kit cars are exempt bit I'm not so sure. In any case, you made it pass once, you can do it again surely. It
only has to be "right" at 2500 RPM.
I presume everyone else is the same however with the DVLA that is probably not the case, my V5 had the emissions detailed on the bottom that it had to
pass so I presumed they would have then used these at the MOT.
