anyone intrested in a unit share in the west midlands postcode WV13 3SU the unit is only about 800sq feet the rent is only £200 a month but you have to pay the gate man a pound a day so its about 230 a month as there is a security guard on the gate at night time.
so far there is 3 of us my dad and next door neighbour all sound guys you will get a set of keys and 24/7 access
and will can just work around each other to what space we need. iam just going to use it to do the odd bit of welding and fixing my cars on the week ends. pm me adam

i should of added this to the top bit there is no deposit on the unit.
and the guy isnt asking for a lease he just wants the rent on time. and there is a shutter door on there. water and a loo. i will pay the rates and electric bill aslong as you dont run 20 heaters a day lol.
