There's some Webers ready to go on a Zetec manifold for sale on here. £175.
Looks well priced to me.

thanks but have been advised to stay away from webbers as they de-tune them selves when things get bumpy. that was what i wanted at first webbers but after being in my mates xr2 with a 2liter zetec on bike carbs persuaded me otherwise.

Try ZX6R Kawasaki bike carbs. Cheap as chips on the Bay. Get a manifold made or see fast Dan who will help you.
Try to find the later ones with TPS fitted.

As Mac man said, ZX6R carbs are perfect for a Zetec.

I have them on my 2.0 - they are cheap and really easy to set up.

I have ZX9's on mine and had the Webbers on previously I only changed to bike carbs as I picked up an ECU and the carb set up that had been tuned by Boggs brothers never had a problem with the Webbers running out od adjustment at all.

You mate has possiblt tightened them too much not allowing the webbers to rock on the mounts.

Ps its me thats selling the webbers

better fuel economy and more tuneable as fuel is progressive. brother in law has black bird carbs used as TBS and utilises the ford injectors on the escort sandwich plate 199bhp with a decent set of cams in lightenes balance arp bolts etc 32 -34 to the gallon. A boggs bros manifold is a good bit of kit they will also supply and space / jet the carbs for your application.

Setting up the ECU is more technical than it is for carbs as you have fuelling etc, injection is easier if getting the car through IVA as you can can get co levels etc down easier.
