This is for carbs set up on a bike.
Using one of the above (or similar) to balance the carbs, is there a particular figure I have to aim for, or
is it any figure as long as they all match?
And do I have to take off vacuum hoses etc?

Yeh, any figure as long as they are all the same. Thats what I do any way.
