Not in the know, but Worcester Bosch seem to think April 2011 was the last date they could be installed and still meet building regs.

Why are you asking? It only comes into play if you are having a SAP calculation done as part of a Building control application for new build or refurbishment.

The SEDBUK rating effects the results of this calculation, which also takes account of the construction methodsand materials, lighting, windows etc.

thats what i thought big v,so there should not be any issues with a normal gasafe installation registration?the rest of the installation is up to code stat, trv's etc.

bulk seller of boilers i have been using now wants written acceptance of the fact that he is supplying me sedbuk b's.

If its just a boiler replacement in an existing property then its free choice depending how much you want to pay.

Just to let you know I am an accredited energy assessor.
