I'm thinking own private dual drag/landing strip for high speed testing and small private jets wanting to avoid customs and excise.

I think we should all buy it between us and call it the "Locostbuilders Test Track"

If we were to take out about 20 metres of central Armco at each end we could make a really big oval with two really long straights and two hairpin bends!!!!
