Hello all.

Mother in law has a lodge in the lakes that she now wants to sell. Does anyone have any experience of this? She's had one valuation and the site owners have offered her about 35% less (after fees)

We,ve been looking at the site and others and the original price seems maybe 5-10% high given current condition/age but not a lot. I'd like more prices, to get a better feel, will normal estate agents touch lodge properties?

Would anyone recommend another way to sell them? Or does anyone fancy a very nice one?.....
