Any of you have a router suitable for carbon sheet?

Any of you clever chaps have a router/waterjet cutter capable of cutting up to 3mm carbon fiber sheet? I have a pile of drone spares so I want to make a frame to utilize the spare parts

Can provide the cad file if anyone can cut?

Why not diy with a hacksaw or disc cutter? You would finish the edge by sanding anyway. 3mm is nothing tricky.

have you ever tried to manually cut complex shapes accurately out of carbon fiber sheet? Its not going to happen!

What are the max dimensions of what you want cut?

My son's up in Tavistock, has a small cnc mill that does work for me.

The largest panel is 206x160mm. Not finished the detail design yet but it should only be two pieces that size and a few small bits.

Smallest internal radius is 3mm. Smallest hole is 3mm.

Sounds quite intricate otherwise i would of suggested a coping saw.

I did this a fair few times when I was a kid smashing up RC cars. Then just drill the holes you need after.

Yes, a fair few times. Chain drilling, cutting and sanding can give good results, but i appreciate a cnc router is a good option.
