Hi guys,

My missus has a '98 Renault Clio Biarritz and every so often it stalls and is a complete pig to get going again.

Any idea on the best thing to check for?

friend had a similar problem with his clio, turned out to be coil pack

The only real answer is to plug it into a diagnostic machine and get the fault codes.

You don't necessarily need to go to the main dealer, but some garages diagnostics don't to pick up some codes.
