I was hoping it was a botched cut-paste of the url, but looking closer I'd imagine the victims name (Kok On Chin) is the 'funny' bit.

When I first read the title of the news story, I reckoned there would be a funny twist at the end but after I'd seen the guys name I started
laughing and didn't need to read on any more. Guess I must be a wierdo too John.
