Makes you want to take the law into your own hands if it happened to you
Is breaking and entering no longer an offence then?

Read this for crazy then. I got my car nicked yesterday (Tuesday) so I reported it stolen, as you do. Got a phone call today to say that they caught them in it yesterday evening, hooray for the police. £200 to get it back to cover the cost of recovery and storage till tomorrow, couldn't go today as the missus has M.S. and I had to take her to hospital for tests. So my car gets nicked, is found less than 3 miles away and I get a bill, where's the justice?
Your insurer should arrange for pickup.
I had my car stolen a few years ago and I had the option of police arranging for recovery (expensive) or doing it through insurance co.
But then I had damage too so it was an insurance job anyway.
But if your insurers pick it up you have made a claim on your policy and therefore may lose no claims bonus or face higher premiums for 3 years. Meanwhile the people who stole it get a slap on the wrist and told not to do it again.
Is anyone really surprised at this story ? call me cynical if you like but it doesn't surprise me at all, there's c***s like that get away
with all sorts of things whereas the folk who might make a genuine mistake which is illegal will get the book thrown at them.
Speeding in north wales for example,
might be a lack of concentration but who's never done it ?
result? hung drawn and quartered !!
( ask your grandad what that means )
Justice! What the F**k's that ?
What always bugs me more that anything is that for the sake of £100 fine etc you will probably have several £1,000 costs for solicitors, barristers,
judges, police etc all being paid for by you and me.
Reckon if the guy is guilty the should bung all the costs at him like they do in county courts and bang him up if he can't pay.

it is an absolute disgrace. Someone can walk into you house with a cheeky grin without fear of any penalty. What a joke. No wonder creeper crime is on
the rise. I look forward to the day someone tries that one on me.... and no, i dont mean the sex act in my bed
