Best way to do it is pick a weekly day/time for chat.
If the chatroom is giving you trouble, use this one:

Just enter a name (has to be non-registered so if you get a message saying to enter a password try another name) and you are set.

To the admin, parachat is pretty basic, and that setup is free to use so if you like, just copy/paste the source into your page and it should work.
