Eh? How do you find out what it's listed as? Mine just confirms I'm on the database?

Strange- my kit car comes up with all the details, for my tintop I just get a big tick!!!!

Mine shows the make and Model.

I remember getting stopped by the police a few years back, at one of their car tax inspection road blocks.

"System shows you have no car tax, Sir."
"Erm, its there in the window"
"oh yeah, systems normally wrong, have a good day"

Interesting - my car comes up as 'KIT CAR 2001CC TO 3500CC' but my V5 doesn't mention that is is a kit car at all.
I guess the information comes from the insurance companies themselves.
