Friend of mine (retained local fireman) was called to something similar. 40(ish) ton grain lorry fell over, landed on car and buried it.

They (he and his crew) arrived, didn't hold out much hope but started digging.

Bloke had cut his nose. Rest of his roof squashed flat. Even made the local rag when victim met fire crew who rescued him.
