Strange GTS email received.

I received this today from GTS.

The strange thing is i requested this about 3 years ago and it was all settled near enough at the time... When i go to my paypal acount theres no mention of this in the activity colum?!

had a similar thing a few years back. ordered stuff, paid on paypal, then he said i needed to pay more money (?) i refused and asked for a refund. He said its not his policy to refund. I said well it is actually, as he never supplied the service he was supposed to. he still refused.
complained about him to paypal
they refunded the money back, and about a year later i got one of those cancelation email. I think he's just a bit behind in doing these things...

A bit?? That was about 3 years ago!! I think hes going through all his refunds owed and came across my email

with mine he just refused to do it, i put his year delay down to him being stubborn
