locoboy - 19/2/08 at 10:14 AM

Going to a do at the university on Saturday night, dont fancy getting pulled for drink driving on the way back so lookeing to stop over somewhere nearby.

Any suggestions?

The travel lodges etc i have seen work out about as much as a taxi back home!

Cheers

I was going to suggest Travelodge: "from" £26... don't they have any availbility on the night you want? (or can you get extremely cheap taxis to Shropshire? )

Some of the B&Bs along the Hagley road are as cheap as £15 per night. Not walking distance from the Uni though.

Some unis have guest rooms in halls have you asked whoever invited you to check? either that or stay sober get lucky and the overnight accomadation problem will sort itself!

I used Laterooms as Howlor mentioned above. Saved me £22 , got a £62 room with excellent breakfast for £40. Excellent site, genuine discounts.

As I travel everyweek I use Laterooms all the time and have found some real Gems.

£45 for a 4* B & B etc. Always worth a look before you book any hotel guys.
