Why is it that when the four policeman arrest a kid for No licence, Insurance, Tax or MOT he gets a 1YR Ban.... Have I missed summat or do magistrates think this guy will stop driving since he's been banned.

Well the ban comes into force once he gets a licence doesnt it?? So really is he gonna take lessons and then start his ban. After that ban is enforced, how is he gonna insure his car - costs would be HUGE.

Just encourages more of the same unlicenced, uninsured driving it seems
