Having just got my car on the road it has become obvious to me that I need to upgrade to weber 45's. Does anyone know a supplier that do good prices on these apart from Eurocarb? I have been offered brand new ones for £350 for the two of them plus the vat is this a good price? Anyone got any in there garage they don't want?

yeah thats a pretty good price for new ones, as have seen them £225 each (£450). i went for the ebay option, but at least with new ones you get peace of mind.

You might have a point there, my problem is that I get really bored at work, and there is nothing to do execpt look at the internet and think what I could do to the car next. So I think I am going to get the old switch card out tomorrow and order these up for the weekend then the fun really begins....

spend time matching the ports in the inlet manifold to the cylinder head it (ideally dowl the 2 for max accuracy) will all equate to extra power,b+q do a cheap hi speed electric grinder with the extension thingy for about 30 notes
