Making my own header tank for R1 2003 engine, we use various size aluminium tube and machine billet end caps.

Should be able to make pretty cheap and look the biz.

What capacities (ltr) or sizes has any one got.

I'm using a VW globe type one on my 06'R1. Probably holds about a litre, but just over half full.
