Hi,i would like to know how much oil goes into the T5 box,and how much oil goes at the 3.62 LSD diff and a good quality for them

Castrol GL5 oil for the Diff something like 75w-90 or similar.

Castrol ATF for the box.

This is from memory....

Diff is around 1.4 litres - basically fill to the hole in the back cover.

Box is about 2.5 litres

Basically you should need 2 bottles of oil for the diff and 3 for the box.
