My mate bought one for his pinto powered pop, no problems so far and that was over two years ago =)
Ive got one, good quality by the looks of it, havent fitted it to the gearbox yet, come to think of it, havent fitted my gearbox to me engine yet

Spud has one on his Roadster, its a great bit of kit.
I think Rally Design sell them cheaper at approx £15.
(race/fast road version one to go for)

They are quite good, although you may need a turret extension on a standard locost as they are rather short

There are plans on the forum to make both of those items
This is why this is called the Locost forum. you can convert your standard gear lever to quick shift for pennies, so why pay pounds for something that you will never see. Just IMHO Ray
