been trying to build up my clutch, it was kinda working ok, but it was coming up against some problems lately with various things, also, looking at
the price of replacements anything from £30 to £175
i ain't joking!
i'm thinking of just going the tried and tested route of the one from rally design
this one
does anyone have any measurements for it? length from base to the end of the bearing etc, i'll probably need another spacer as i've machined
off some probably important bits which hold it centrally.
whats the size of the hose input connection? M10?
is this the saab cylinder? can i get one from ebay cheaper?
Use the slave cylinder from rally design, its what i found best solution and i spent awhile trying to get the damn thing working. All the slave
cylinder needed was 1 bracket making up to mount to the engine mounting holes of the block and a hose from the master cylinder.

i've not got any of the orginal clutch arm parts, or the space to fit them all in the tunnel (i've got an exhaust to fit through there too...) thanks for the info though, but it'll be a concentric type slave i need
Here you go Blake

As I can now no longer edit it the only changes that I have made are NO spacers, and make sure that the clutch pedal returns fully leaving no residual
pressure in the master cylinder. Apart from that it works a treat.
