could anybody help? ive got a ford type 9 gearbox from a granada fitted with a electronic speedo can this electronic speedo be fitted to any other type 9 boxes as granada box ratios are all to cock, im running a capri 2.0 laser diff can anyone suggest from which car i take a type 9 box for best ratios to suit capri diff.

What ratios does the Granada box use? 1st gear on Sierra boxes could do with being longer to be any real use. One of the 4 speed boxes uses a 3.34:1 1st gear which could be better suited to locost use.
