Can anyone provide me with a diagram as to how they have plumbed up their Pinto engines to use a header tank please?

you only need one inlet and one outlet to the header tank on a pinto.
the inlet is normally a 6mm pipe going into the top of the header tank - connect this to the rad overflow pipe
the outlet, at the bottom, (sizes can range from 13mm-19mm) connects to the inlet on the water pump.
thermastat housing breather you can blank off (like i have). the 32mm outlet goes to the top hose of the rad.
the bottom hose of the rad goes to the big inlet to the water pump (42mm i think)
