I'm a complete noob when it comes too differential knowledge so here's another question.
Will bolt on drive shafts off a 7" sierra diff fit on a 7.5" diff ? I'm thinking probably not but would like to know for definate.

depends what size flanges the 7.5" diff has....


7" diffs have 100mm bolt-on CV's

7.5" can have the same, but 2WD cossie's had 108mm CV joints

Have a look on the Ford Sierra Club forum - what you can and can't swap or make fit is covered there, chapter & verse.

If the diff flanges are 100mm pcd then yes
