More Crossflow bearing woes

Evening,

Just tried my new camshaft bearings in my crossflow and they fall right through. By any chance did ford over bore the camshaft bearing holes? Pics below:

Any idea what I need to order?

Yes Ford did. And after market re-manufacturers. Oversize bearing should be available from most reputable manufacturers. Also make sure that the cam followers are the right size for their guide tube. I (MANY years ago) ordered the CORRECT camshaft and followers from a supposedly reputable part place in Northampton (no I won't mention SHELLTUNES name), and they supplied the wrong followers. I didn't know any better, so I just fitted them. One wrecked engine and £2,000 pounds later, they denied ALL knowledge and refused to do anything about it. And IF any one has a problem with me saying this on an open forum don't worry it is ALL and they could take me to court if they like, I look forward to the pay-out plus interest from 1980.

So it looks like ford salvaged this block by over boring the cam bearing od. Also looks like they didn't make many spares and no one else does! Even the original ford bearing in the third hole isn't deep enough when compared to the incorrect replacements I have.

So what next?

Can you sleeve camshaft bores?

Do I loctite the new ones in?

Do I make a wine rack out of this block?

Anyone got a good xflow block for sale?
