its .25mm over bored,91.295 is the bore size, pistons dont normally wear, the rings wear the bore, see if you can feel a ridge in the bore about 10mm from the top,if there is a ridge it could do with a rebore, probly cheaper to get another engine

It is already+ 50 thou overbore ----overbore sizes are by traddition in inches. 0.050" = approx 1.25mm

You will always get some slopp at the top of the bore it depends just how bad it is and how worn the rings are.

Normally the minimum rebore size is +0.020" (approx 0.5mm) maximum is usually +0.060" but this isn't he same for all engines, it might be a +0.75" is easily available and the block has enough meat to take it --- check out the cost with your engine shop.

just been and checked but there is no scoring and no RIM around the top of the cylinders..by slop. they dont wobble on their own.

Come on British Trident, get out of the dark ages, Pinto's were a metric engine from new, the +0.50 is millimetres (near enough the 20thou mark), pistons are available right up to 94mm for this engine.
