2L Pinto to Type 9

Anyone know what bolts fit the 2L Pinto to the Type 9 Gearbox. M8 is too small and M10 doesn't seem to screw in.

Hi, If its not metric it'll be 3/8 unc

I think it is 3/8 but if I remember right there are two UNF ones and the rest are UNC ... might be wrong, it might be the starter ... I might just have had 1 too many ... hic

Roger - I think you might be right, UNC for the block to bell housing and UNF or Metric fine for the starter. It's a while since I put mine back together, so could well be wrong though.

bought a brush on the way home tonight. Cleaned all the threads up and bolted the engine and gearbox together using M10s. Was supprised how well they went together.
