Where can I find a steel filler cap and neck?

As title really.

I'm welding up a small steel fuel tank for another project but am stuck on where to get a filler cap neck assembly from that i can weld onto it.

Doesn't have to be anything flash. Even tried the local scrap yard to see if i could cut one from a steel lorry tank but they didn't have any.

Any ideas???
