I have the chance to get my hands on a 200sx with a shot to bits cylinder head, would it be possible to mate a FWD nissan engine of a similar age to the gearbox from the 200sx??

Cam housings chewed out huh?
You can use the FWD motor swapping over braketry, manifold, sump and pickup off the donor engine, its the same block casting.
