For a power commander, I need to work out the model year of my blackbird. My engine number does not correspond to any in the haynes manual for decoding. How can I work out the model year easily? Any online engine number decoders? Any way to distunguish the FI Blackbirds?

Any ideas guys? The Haynes manual says it is a carburettor engine model - which it clearly is not.

Could you not try a Honda dealer or even perhaps Honda UK? Although Honda UK could give you the year of manufacture, they will probably want to charge you for the privilege
