Can anyone offer any advice on this one?

I measured the bore of my radiator and engine outlets/inlets. Found that the 2 on the rad and the thermostat housing one are 35mm and the water pump one is 38mm.

How can I deal with the bore difference on the lower rad/waterpump side?

have you tried halfords they sell flexi hoses with different ends my local superstore allows you to look through them all till you find the one you need (they usually keep them behind the counter out of sight so ask)only about £12 for the longest
