just got me engine
but noticed that the clutch release is not gonna fit when the prop is fitted any one got over this problem and got some pics please.

What's an EXUP engine? Is it like a Fazer or an R1? How come the propshaft is going to interfear with the clutch release. aren't they on different ends? Can you post a pic for us to see the problem?

The exup motor is the previous motor to the R1, it was used in the FZR1000 and Thunderace. It's a completly different motor to the R1 although the exup valve is still used on the R1

Still don't understand why it interferes with the clutch actuator though, as they are still fundamentally very similar.

Are you sure you don't mean the gear selector shaft, which is fairly near the gearbox output shaft?

The clutch slave cylinder assembly is part of the sprocket cover, like the Blackbird, GSXRs etc

Its hydraulic actuated is it? If so, apologies for the above, stuff Id read about how similar the engines are must have been wrong then.
