Can the needle height be adjusted in these Keihin carbs or not?? I have read that some carbs have a 'circlip' & several grooves.

The standard ones can't be adjusted, you'd need a dynojet kit so that you can adjust the needles with a circlip.

Its is possible to raise the needles by putting washers under the the top colar, it only takes a couple of minutes to take off the vac diaphram cover to do this
