I am looking to replace the cylinder head on my 1.8 Pinto as it has not been converted to run on unleaded fuel. Can anybody tell me how to tell the diference between an unleaded head and a 4 star head. Also is the head from a 1.6/2.0 the same, I know the cams are but not sure about the size of the chambers etc.
