do all 2.0 pintos come with just carbs without the efi system ?

Not sure what you mean, but 2.0 pintos can be found with carbs or efi, you can however retrofit carbs to the efi pinto.

In fact if you do that then you end up with an unleaded head too! I know cos that's what I've got
