I have come to the conclusion that my rad is not going to be big enough for my new engine - it was just about coping with the 1.8 V6 , but I dont think it will handle the 2.5
I think my current one is off a Polo , and I have space to fit a much wider rad - I just dont know what I should be looking for ? I think I saw a link to a site that listed model and dimension's , but I've not been able to find it

Golf Mk 3 1.4l is 430*320 and just about fits in an MK Indy nose cone. GSF part number 17342 but available from anywhere.

look at volvo's there big and square and not a bad price for the money
