Which Steering Column
I know most people are using (or seem to be) Sierra steering columns, but is that the only one suitable or are there any other ones that can be
used.
I have an escort one at the moment which I acquired witht the steering rack some time ago. I know it will not pass the SVA/IVA because it is not
collapsible, so want to know what else I can use as the Sierra ones seem to be as rare as Hens teeth! or stupid money.

Opel Manta for me, as the Nova, it has the crushable section and is a doddle to mount.
Also has the advantage of only 1 stalk. I hate those hedgehog Sierra things!!

according to a member on here an escort column WILL pass, as long as it has two UJ's along its length.
I have an escort column and am betting my SVA fee on him being right!
