Hello,
the Power commander is for 2000 -2001 engine, but as far as i know, it can be used on later models just by changing the map

Later B3 models have a different ECU and wiring ETC
I think B3 is 2004-

Quite right. B3 (2004) models onwards have a 32 bit ECU
