no it was an oranised event, cars went out in sessions. I prefer open pit lane but this was relatively cheap so worth it.
There's a static noise test on arrival and meters on track (I think?) - all good tho - guy with the db meter said:
"passed, but you were a bit light on the throttle!" ummmm.... yes!
I've never been noise tested at the ring - that a new thing? I hear they have pre-paid swipe cards instead of the old tickets as well now...
