Alloy Header tank - Cap please?
Hi all,
My R1 Indy has an alloy/aluminium header/expansion tank with a cheapo motor factors cap fitted to it.
I will shortly be purchasing my 3rd cap as the seals keep blowing. I wanted to know where I can purchase an alloy one or somethign which can take a
few more PSI? Ideally I want to send my broken one to somehwere and see if they can match one up size wise.
Any suggestions? I do not know the source of my current tank.

is it a vx type of cap and a mk surplyed tank, if so the rough finish on the top of the tank thread is very good at ripping the seal

Do you know Halfords sell loads of them? I just looked through them all until I found one at the right pressure for mine.
