Flasher relay
This has been covered, but Im being a bit thick...
Ive got jaguar xj8 stalks and a three pin flasher relay... how would i wire them up? i know one pin goes to earth, ones a power feed and i think the
other would go to the stalks, but cant see how this would work...
cheers

on the jag stalks theres only one supply wire, that does the main/dip and both indicators... wouldnt i end up with flashing main beam if i wire the
relay into the indicator supply? (presuming im meant to do that) or should the relay be wired across the supply and separate indicator wires to stop
this?

If it has just one feed then that probably simplifies things a bit as it might has internal connections like the Sierra switch. Have you got a pinout
diag for the Jag stalks?

unfortunately not... ive wired it up with the relay on the feed, im thinking it might be okay as the main beam switch is one of the momentary ones.
