kwack itb plugs and flow rate?

i got me some zx6r itbs off a 07 bike and have removed the eletronic butterflys with no probs
i need plugs for the injectors and tps. anyone know where i can get some short of buying a loom?
also im looking to find out what flow rate the fitted injectors are anyone know i have looked everywhere on the net and cant find a thing
