Cant login

for about a month now, i cant seem to log in to this site - all others are fine. the only way to write/reply to messages is to enter my username etc... at the top of the compose message screen thing.
after writing my message, i hit post topic, only to remember i forgot to put my details in, and it deletes my message

ive tried on 2 computers, my home one works, but my laptop (My uni comp) doesnt.
also, i tried re-formatting my computer, enabling all cookies'deleting cookies etc...
i cant update my pic archive, or check u2u's.
any help/idead would be appreciated
Cheers
Tom

chris always says that login problems are down to cookie acceptance - even if you think they are on ok, this is probably the cause. You have u2u.

I wish people would search before they post....

http://locostbuilders.co.uk/readcookies.pl

If you see XMBUser=(your username) and XMBPass=(random characters) then cookies are working and it's my problem. If not, you need to sort out your PC.

First, go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Privacy and move the slider to 'low' or 'accept all cookies'.

Second, disable cookie blocking from any internet security package you are running

Third, go to Google and find out what cookies are, what they do, and why it makes life easier to leave them switched on with no threat to your privacy, despite what the vendors of 'cookie blockers' will tell you.

Rant over!

Chris
